Will it ever stop?

Well i dont know about you;; but I am sick and tired of seeing on the news how our young children are being shot and killed by non-thinking folks. Right there in Greene County another three year old child was shot and killed by someone who didnt need a gun anyway. It seems like it will never end.But if the guilty ones are given the maxium penalty; they might THINK TWICE>
