A Judge Would Not Grant A Straight Couple A Divorce Because Gay Marrige Is Allowed

When a judge refuses to grant a straight couple a divorce because the U.S. Supreme Court allowed gay marriage, just what is he saying?

Now it doesn’t really surprise me that this judge is in the town I was born and raised in, Chattanooga, Tennessee. I have some very strange and unusual things happen in Chattanooga Tennessee.

How can a judge justify refusing to grant a straight couple a divorce because the U.S. Supreme Court allowed gay marriage? I’m baffled even after reading the story and his argument.  I’m sure you will be too!
