Praise 93.3 & 790 WTSK salutes our Tuscaloosa Pastor of the Week Pastor Kevin Horne of Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa. Horne has taken the mantle of his late prominent father Pastor Sylvester Horne and has led the church and ministry at Grace to new heights.

Pastor Kevin Horne was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the (Late) Reverend Sylvester and Mrs. Sandra Horne. He accepted his calling into the ministry in 2019, and in that same year he became the Pastor of The Grace Missionary Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he has faithfully served since then.

He is married to Monica Moore-Horne, and they have three beautiful children Ava, Sawyer Grace, and Asher James. Pastor Horne is a graduate of Central High School. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. He is also a graduate of the Alabama Banking School. This fall Pastor Kevin plans to pursue a master’s degree in Pastoral Leadership.

He is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Horne has been employed with Regions Bank in Birmingham, AL, for the past ten years, where he currently holds the title of Consumer Banking Manager, Vice President. He manages the Northeast area of Birmingham which consists of seventeen branch locations that report directly to him.
