West Alabama Food & Wine Fest News For 2027 Event
The West Alabama Food & Wine Festival is getting ready for the 2027 event. The festival is now accepting applications from local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. The applications are for organizations interested in becoming a beneficiary of the 2027 festival.
Applications are open as of today through October 2. Since the beginning, the festival has raised $356,000 for local nonprofit groups. West Alabama's food and beverage community is helping to make a lasting impact on the region. Each year, the festival supports two nonprofit beneficiaries, with organizations typically serving a two-year term. Table of Grace is entering their second year as a beneficiary in 2027, with the Humane Society of West Alabama working on completing its two-year term.
The West Alabama Food & Wine Festival organizers told us they are very proud of how the festival represents the best food and beverages in Tuscaloosa County and beyond, yet that is only a part of the overall picture. Through this program, the food and beverage community of West Alabama gets the support they need as they do incredibly important work in our local community. Eligible 501(3)(c) nonprofit groups are encouraged to apply online now through October 2nd and share information about their mission.
