Groceries, gasoline, and many other things cost more these days. Inflation is hitting us in our pocketbook.
I was surprised to see that now even ice, frozen water, cost more. Frozen water! And inflation is to blame. Could somebody with a degree in Economics explain to me how inflation could cause an increase in the cost of frozen water?
I buy ice from this roadside machine on Highway 69 South in Tuscaloosa.
This is what I call “the good ice”. And now even the cost of “the good ice” in Tuscaloosa is rising.
I suppose the cost of air at gas stations will soon rise. And they will blame it on inflation!
