Author Toni Morrison Dead At 88

According to CNN and publisher Knopf, Author Toni Morrison died on August 5, 2019, at the age of 88.  Toni Morrison was one of my favorite authors.  I was introduced to her works while studying literature at Bethune-Cookman College.  Her most notable novel was Beloved had a 25 week run as a best-seller.  If you have never picked up a Toni Morrison masterpiece or it has been a while, pick up her books, and read in her honor.  For more on Toni Morrison and her death, please read for more details from CNN.
