Two Men Shot at Tuscaloosa Apartment Complex Early Monday Morning

Two men were shot and wounded early Monday morning at Parker 301 Apartments on Helen Keller Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, according to the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit.

Jack Kennedy, the assistant commander of the VCU, said officers were called to the complex at 2:30 Monday morning and found two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds that do not appear to be life-threatening.

Kennedy said the two victims were taken to DCH Regional Medical Center for treatment and said very little additional information is available, except that neither victim was a student at the University of Alabama.
