Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant Coming to Tuscaloosa
Tuscaloosa residents have hundreds of choices when it comes to deciding what to eat, but until now, there have been no Vietnamese food options.
Pho Town Vietnamese Noodle Soup & Grill will soon open in MidTown Village and will offer guests exotic named menu options such as Hu Tieu Nam Vang (clear rice noodle soup), Cha Gio (egg rolls), Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich), Lotus root salad, spring rolls, and more!
The description on the door of the restaurant reads,
At Pho Town, our passion is simple: to make a healthier Vietnamese Pho noodle soup that offers the same robust flavors and aromas of traditional pho.
A popular street food in Vietnam, pho is a noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, a few herbs, and meat, primarily made with either beef or chicken.
According to their Facebook page, Pho Town is planning to open in MidTown late August or early September.
