Tuscaloosa Man Alexius Foster Is Sentenced To Life Without Parole
Alexius Foster will spend the rest of his life in prison for the shooting deaths of his one of his friends, and his own uncle.
Foster was convicted in the 2013 deaths of 30 year old Antonio Williams and his uncle George Foster. His first trial was ended in a mistrial after another man was charged in the killing.
His second trial was November 16 where he was found guilty of capital murder during a robbery and capital murder during burglary in George Foster’s case and murder and theft of property related to Williams.
