Ala. Court Want Stop Execution”

The Alabama Supreme Court has refused to stop an execution scheduled for January.
Justices by a 9-0 decision on Monday refused the inmate request to stop his execution.
The inmate is scheduled to be put to death Jan 21.The execution would be Alabama's first in more than two years.
