Tuscaloosa Man Accused Of Rape,Kidnapping and Robbery Turned Himself In To Tuscaloosa Police
Cedrick Lamar Collins turned himself in to Tuscaloosa Police after being accused of abducting, robbing and raping a 19-year-old white female outside University Mall.
The victim told police she was sitting in the parking lot waiting to go to work when Collins walked up to her car and asked to use her cell phone. She agreed and Collins got into her car. Collins told her he had a gun and ordered her to drive to an ATM and withdraw money. He forced her to drive to an abandoned property where he sexually assaulted her.
Collins is charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery and first-degree rape.
