The Tuscaloosa Heritage Festival Has Gone Virtual

I love how so many area organizations are celebrating Black History Month. Thanks to a local organization, we'll be able to learn about Tuscaloosa history soon!

The West Alabama Multicultural Alliance is hosting the 2021 Virtual Heritage Festival. It kicks off Friday, Feb 5th, 2021! The festival will feature many local performers, fundraisers and more!

I've been following the countdown on their Facebook page and I'm getting excited! I've seen young dancers ready to perform, and what looks to be a choir from the University of Alabama. I'm too ready! The festival will be held on the West Alabama Multicultural Alliance Facebook page. If you want more details,  we've got all the information below from an official press release.

Press Release

The West Alabama Multicultural Alliance (WAMA), will present the 2021 Virtual Tuscaloosa Heritage Festival: “Tuscaloosa History, Learn It, Live It, Make It” on February 5-6, 2021.
