Shelton State Community College is set to host its 27th annual Health and Wellness Fair on Tuesday, March 7th from 9AM-1PM. The fair will be located at the Martin Campus Atrium.

The fair, which is no cost to participants is for anyone in the community, from college students to the elderly.

A short welcome by interim President Dr.Cynthia Anthony will kick-off the event, as well as, Rachel Edwards singing the National Anthem, and Royce Royal will play Taps.

There will be over 100 informational agencies in attendance and they will be handing out educational materials and giveaways. Some of the agencies include: mental health, massage therapy, domestic violence prevention, CPR/First Aid, and more.

Many of our 2017 resolutions included being a lot healthier, this event will help you reach your health and fitness goals for the year. You'll be able to speak with health professionals for free.
