Mayor Maddox Updates the Status of UBER in Tuscaloosa

It's been in the works for a while, but there has been some ups and downs in the negotiations with the ride sharing service Uber and the City of Tuscaloosa.

Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox says a proposal will soon be in front of the city council in the next few weeks.

Mayor Maddox joined 'Madison & Shepherd' to discuss how the negotiations will affect local taxi companies and the clear stance of the city to keep the safety and number one priority.
