Have You Been To Wendy’s Lately?

If you have made a purchase of food items from Wendy's lately using a credit or debit card, you may want to check your bank account. Wendy's is currently investigating a possible breach in the company's security system after it was discovered that fraudulent charges were charged to credit and debit cards.

According to cyber security expert Brian Krebs-who was the one who discovered Target's data breach in 2013, Wendy's is looking into "unusual activity" on these cards in certain locations.

According to authorities it is far too early to tell just how large this breach could be. Details are still being  examined on how many Wendy's in the United States and foreign countries may have been affected and how long customers' data have been compromised.
