After being in prison for 20 years, one man will NOT receive the only meal he craves: A six pack of beer.

Marcus Ray Johnson, who was convicted for the 1994 rape and murder of Angela Sizemore, is scheduled to die Thursday at 7pm. Georgia's Department of Corrections said his last meal request was for a six pack of beer, but the request was denied because alcohol is a contraband item, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections.

So, what's the next best thing to beer? Apparently, it's baked fish, cheese grits, dry mixed beans, coleslaw, cornbread, cookies, and fruit punch. Was he not given the chance to make a second request after the first one was denied? The one he will receive certainly isn't the worst, but there has to be something better! Dry beans? Hardly appetizing, but it obviously doesn't matter if it's a last meal.
