A man in Rome,Ga.was indicted Friday by a grand jury on vehicular homicide charges stemming from a 2014 crash that kill his mother.
Prosecutors say that the 29year old man of Dawson, Alabama, was driving under the influence of prescription drugs when he crashed into a creek in Georgia.
