[Video] Tornado Rips Through Gordo Farm During Tornado Outbreak

West Alabama recently experienced severe weather and The town of Gordo suffered extensive damage due to tornadoes.

"We have experienced extensive damage, all first responders are out and working at this time. We please ask that everyone stay weather aware and stay sheltered." That was the message posted by the town government after storms moved through.

Alabama Law Enforcement Agency State Troopers said many Pickens County Roads were deemed impassable.

The Pickens County Sheriff's Office took to Facebook following the storms to thank those who've been helping after disaster struck.

"In the wake of the tornadoes, the outpouring of support from our community has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we want to express our thanks to all who have helped."

There was even a tornado caught on camera in Gordo.

James Spann posted a video to X showing real time damage. Rain and unrelenting wind is shown in the video as well as what has been said to be a farm being blown away.
