It Never Stops

Well I just understand how anyone cop or not can shoot someone in the back who is running away from them. They shoot them sixteen times and say the same thing. they feared for their life.How completely insane is this? To make it even worst the murderer is declared justified. They are not even indited; let alone found guilty. Oh but one day God is going tosay enough is enough and he will do justice.
