Wednesday Feb. 3, 2021, is the thirty-fifth year of National Girls & Women in Sports Day.

According to The Women's Sports Foundation, "this celebration inspires girls and women to play and be active, to realize their full power."

Many young girls and women have role models that they look up too. It would be hard to think that none of them come from The University of Alabama.

Right?

We are a school of legends after all.

Highlighted below are just a few of the many women who played or currently play sports at The University of Alabama.
