First Look at the Course Layout for Insane Inflatable Tuscaloosa
We've been talking about it for a few months and now we finally get a chance to see the 2016 Insane Inflatable 5K layout for the first time.
The nation's fastest-growing fun run will set up at the Tuscaloosa Regional Airport on April 2 and debut six new inflatables. With 11 total inflatable for runners to enjoy, the course will spread out all around the airport to make up the 3.1-mile run.
As you can see, the run begins and ends at the Midway, which is the area that runners will hang out, enjoy a Traveler beer, and check out the other vendors on site. After you make it over the starting line slide, you weave your way in and out of the property. The obstacles are spread out pretty evenly through the course and gives you time to catch your breath between bouncing and sliding.
The event will get underway with the first wave at 8:30AM on Saturday, April 2. Runners get to select from one of 11 different starting times to run so if you aren't an early riser, there will be an option for you. If you want some flexibility, there is an all-access pass that allows you to run during any wave, even if it gets sold out.
