Don’t Let Your Fears Stop You From Taking Risk

I think to be afraid of certain risk is natural! It doesn’t really matter what type risk it is. It’s especially true when you are acting on the unknown and you have something valuable at stake.

To deal with our fears we have to determine exactly what we are afraid of.  Are we afraid we can’t do the work that’s required to finish the task? Are we are afraid of the outcome?  Are we afraid of a financial or an emotional lost? Are we afraid of the change that we will have to make if we fail?
