Does God Have A Plan For Your Life?
One thing is true - this world that you live in is a true battlefield. Each day, hour by hour, you find yourself in a spiritual war and a enemy who is very much real. This enemy desires to bring defeat, for his primary aim is to steal, kill, and destroy. God has a plan for your life. The enemy also has a plan for you. You must decide which voice you are going to listen to, and who you are going to choose to follow each day. Chances are, if you do not make a determined choice to follow God, you may very well fall into the traps of the Devil.
God has given you his Word and Spirit, powerful and very true, so you will have the wisdom and protection to stand against the enemy. Your only focus today should be on placing on His armor, remaining alert, and praying that God will enable you to remain everywhere to "stand strong." Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Each day place the full armor of God on so that you can stand against the devil's schemes.
"Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil arrives, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions, with all types of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints." (Ephesians 6: 10-18).
