Another Act of Police Violence . . . .
There has been what appears to be a continuous wave of killing by police in cities such as Baltimore, New York, Ferguson, Missouri, and in other cities. These killings raise questions about law enforcements' use of lethal force, primarily upon Black men as well as other minority groups.
This lethal force against a Black has played out itself again in the firing of nine(9) sheriff's deputies in Chatham County, Georgia in connection with the death of a Black student in the custody of police department.
I ask the question today: Where and Who will be next to be abused and perhaps killed by persons sworn to protect the citizenry from such misbehavior?
