Alabama Ranked No.4 On Wal-Marts Top 10 Spending List

Ever wonder why there are so many Wal-Mart stores are in Alabama.  Maybe it’s because Alabama is ranked number 4 on the top 10 list of states that spend the most money at Wal-Mart. That I can believe.  Every time I go into no matter what day or what time Wal-Mart it is crowded.

According to a report from GOBankingRates, Alabamians spend 3.4 percent of their income, which amounts to $123 a month at Wal-Mart. There are 139 stores in Alabama that average $51.52 million in sales annually.

Oklahoma is ranked number 1 while Tennessee is ranked number 10. Now we know why they are building another one in Tuscaloosa.
