Alabama men's golf will be represented in this weekend's U.S. Open by one current and two former players, all of which will be teeing it up at Pinehurst No. 2 on Thursday.

The year's second major will get underway at 6:45 AM ET with groups going off the front and back nine. Justin Thomas will be the first to play from the Alabama trio, as he'll join England's Tom Lewis and American Craig Barlow on hole #1 at 8:35 AM ET.

Freshman sensation and Phil Mickelson award winner Robby Shelton will look to continue his hot streak in the group immediately behind Thomas. Shelton will play with American Matt Dobyns and Australian Brady Watt at 8:46 AM ET.

Cory Whitsett, who just completed his senior season with back-to-back national championships, will be a part of the afternoon wave of players teeing off at the U.S. Open. He'll be one of the final trios of the day starting on the first hole. England's Danny Willett and American Luke Guthrie will be his playing partners.

Both Shelton and Whitsett will be among the 13 total amateurs competing among a field of 156 players. Get the full list of tee times here.
