Traffic Nightmare on I-20/59 Near Exit 79

A traffic standstill met drivers along I-20/59 on Tuesday near exit 79, due to an overturned 18-wheeler. A nightmare which lasted through the day, in both directions of the busy highway.

The long cleanup process was very time consuming. An update photo shared:

Today at 4pm, both of the 2 lanes were reopened for traffic through this area. However, a warning, a lane will be closed beginning at 7pm tonight (11/11) to repair the damaged guard rail.
