The DA Is Seeking The Death Penalty In The Foster Murder Case

Alexius Foster, 37 has been convicted of capital murder in the deaths 57 year old George Foster and 30 year old Antonio Williams. Foster went to trail in August for this case but after another man was charged in the killing a judge declared a mistrial.

George Foster was found dead in his home in the 3100 block of 20^th street in Tuscaloosa in June 0f 2013. Authorities believe Williams was killed to because Foster thought he may have been talking to the police. The District Attorney in this case Lyn Head is seeking the death penalty.
