Short skirts and Sagging Pants

I read where city officials in Dadeville, AL plan to get an ordinance about women's short skirts and men's sagging pants. It seems that even here in T-town the shorts skirts are getting shorter, and the sagging pants are getting lower.

The sad thing about this is no one seems to care enough to say or do anything about it. I don't know if people are afraid or just don't care or both. I will continue to watch the case in Dadeville, Ala. to see what happens. Well we all know something needs to be done about it;Because it just might deter some crimes. What do you think?
