Mistrial or No Trial

Well for the second time the jury in Kentucky could not reach a verdict for the police officer who body slammed and threw this man from India to the ground and broke his ribs because this man didnt understand what the officer was saying. It is a shame on the jury. This is the second trial and again mistrial. Well maybe they should just say NO TRIAL.
