According to reporting from Mississippi's WCBI and court documents filed here in Alabama, 39-year-old Dennis Sagely of Moundville called the Pickens County Sheriff's Office in Carrollton Wednesday and said he "had enough artillery to take out the jail."

Court documents show Sagely was then arrested in Tuscaloosa County on a public intoxication charge, after which he was taken back to Pickens County and charged with three crimes - false reporting of a bomb, making a terrorist threat and first-degree rendering false alarm.

The Moundville man, who has made headlines before after leading police on a three-county chase throughout West Alabama, remains jailed with a bond set at $7,500.
