Black History Maker of Alabama - Senator Robert L. Stewart
Senator Robert L. Stewart is a native of the historic Selma, Alabama. Earning an academic scholarship to Tuskegee University, he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in May 2012.

In July 2016, he earned a Master’s Degree from Kennesaw State University. In November 2022 He was elected Alabama State Senator representing District 23 and has the district of currently being the youngest Alabama state senator. Also he is Vice Chairman of the Senate Minority Caucus.
