Kristen Saban “Tired” of Explaining Commitment From Players

As a faction of fans and some covering the team speculate about effort following Alabama's 34-24 home loss to Texas, head coach Nick Saban's daughter took to social media pointing out something detractors may be losing sight of.

Another Saban all-time answer, the video Kristen Saban Setas shared to Instagram Tuesday shows her father fired up about those doubting his players' commitment in 2021.

"Nobody wants to win worse than they do," Saban says. "Not me, not you. I don't care what kind of fan you are. Nobody wants to win more than the players that play. Nobody."

"And nobody feels worse than they do when they lose. Nobody - for all you self-absorbed folks out there that can't look past your own self to appreciate what other people are doing."

Alabama, now at 1-1, takes on South Florida  in Tampa this Saturday at 2:30 p.m. (CST). The Tide's SEC schedule opens a week later at home against Ole Miss.
