Alabama will play in the East region, with the one seed in the region being Duke.

Alabama's first location in the NCAA tournament will be Cleveland, Ohio, playing games in Rocket Arena. Rocket Arena is home to the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers.

Two-seed Alabama will take on 15-seed Robert Morris in the round of 64. Should the Crimson Tide defeat the Colonials, Alabama will face the winner of Saint Mary's and Vanderbilt in the round of 32. That game will also be played in Cleveland, Ohio.

Alabama's two-seed in the 2025 NCAA tournament is just the fifth time in program history the Crimson Tide has been a two-seed or higher. Alabama was a two seed in 1987 and 2002 under Wimp Sanderson and Mark Gottfried, respectively.

Alabama was a two seed in 2021 under head coach Nate Oats, and now, is a two seed once again under Oats. It is the third time in five years Alabama has been a two seed or higher in the NCAA tournament. The Crimson Tide was also the No. 1 overall seed in the 2023 NCAA tournament.

Alabama and Robert Morris will play on Friday, March 21.
