If you like pork tenderloin you will love this recipe. I found this recipe about a year ago.  I know you have had one of those days that you just wanted something different.  This was one of those days.  You will love this recipe.

1 2 pound pork tenderloin
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup white wine
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp lite, low sodium soy sauce
pepper to taste (not included in calories)

Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker with contents of soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.  Hope you enjoy!
