Help For Kicking Your Snoozing Habit
I think after over 20 years of living, it's time for me to confess that I'm a habitual snoozer! Literally, it takes me 3-6 alarms to get out of bed and their set no more than 3 minutes apart. I just feel like I'm maximizing my sleep and getting the most out of my time when I do that lol!
This morning I woke up and thought, "There has to be something that helps me wake up in the morning." Sure enough, I found a few items on Amazon to help!
