Update: The city said these four roads are no longer restricted but please drive with caution.

As conditions continue to get worse throughout west Alabama, the city of Tuscaloosa released a statement saying that four roads would have restricted access as of Tuesday evening.

Those roads are Woodland Road overpass bridge, 25th Avenue East South toward Jack Warner Parkway, Jug Factory Road just east of McFarland and 26th Avenue East north from Skyland Blvd.

Motorists are being asked to stay off the roads tonight if possible but should take all precautions if they have to venture out.

The snow has passed but icing is the big concern on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning as temperatures drop into the teens. Most school systems in the area have already canceled classes and you can see that full list here.
