Four SEC West Teams Among AP Top 5, Alabama Now #4
The SEC West continues its grip on the top of college football following week 8 of the season.
After Florida State beat Notre Dame and Alabama blew out Texas A&M, the strongest division in football now has four out of the top five teams in the latest AP Top 25.
Here are the Top 25 teams in The Associated Press college football poll, with first-place votes in parentheses, records through Oct. 18, total points based on 25 points for a first-place vote through one point for a 25th-place vote, and previous ranking:
