The running backs were among the first group of NFL hopefuls to work out at the 2016 NFL Combine, and Alabama had two of the top performers on Friday. Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake went through the gauntlet for NFL coaches and scouts and posted some of the best numbers of the day.

The Heisman Trophy winner received rave reviews after posting an impressive all-around results.  After measuring 6'2", 247-pounds, Henry went out and ran the 40-yard-dash in 4.54 seconds.

Henry continued to show off his freakish athleticism by posting a top-5 result in the vertical jump.

Next came the broad jump, where Henry posted a number that running backs 50 pounds lighter normally post.

The 130-inch broad jump was good for second among running backs. Henry also bench-pressed 225 pounds 22 times. Need a comparison for just how impressive his numbers are? He's almost a mirror image of the Super Bowl MVP, who plays defensive end.

Meanwhile, Drake showed off his speed and explosiveness as well. In the 40-yard-dash, he posted the third-fastest time at 4.45 seconds.

The broad jump produced another strong result as Drake's 123 inches was top-5 among running backs. The only negative on Drake came in the bench press, where he was last among participants with 10 reps of 225 pounds.
