Bama Blast 2023 Returns to Tuscaloosa Mother's Day

One of the longest running gospel celebrations in Tuscaloosa, hosted by local national gospel recording artist Blest By Four, Bama Blast returns Mother's Day May 14th at the Cornerstone Full Gospel Baptist Church.

Blest By Four will welcome gospel legends The Bolton Brothers and George Dean & The Gospel Four who have been mainstays in the gospel quartet industry for decades. The concert will also feature rising quartet stars Lisa Knowles Smith & The Brown Singers and Pastor Darrell Petties & Take 2 who both have garnered gospel success. Plus Tuscaloosa native groups Men of Prayze, The Anointed Brown Sisters. Meant By God and Alabama based quartet group Sharrod Coleman & Chosen will grace the stage as well. The event is hosted by Mario Tucker and Justin Rufus.

Bama Blast 2023 is a unique show for a Mother's Day Celebration like no other. VIP tickets have already been sold. However, general admission tickets will be sold at the door. The event will be held at the Cornerstone Full Gospel Baptist Church 610 Brooksdale Drive in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at 4pm. Doors open at 3pm. In the past prior to the pandemic, Bama Blast was held at the Bama Theater Downtown Tuscaloosa.
