On Sunday evening, the most common statement heard is probably, “I sure don’t want to go to work tomorrow.”  If you find yourself saying this more often than not, it may be time for something new.According to Penn Live, five of ten signs it may be time to leave your job include the following: you have little to no interest in the work, you know you are underutilized, you have lost your enthusiasm, you have no time for yourself, your job doesn’t advance your professional development. The other five signs that round out the list are a bit more company-based.

Keep in mind, however, that it is RARELY a good idea to leave one job without another lined up AND that there is a right and a wrong way to leave an employer.  Do what’s best for yourself in a way that’s best for yourself and reduce the likelihood of having to apologize to yourself down the line.
