Apartments Popping Up All Around Town

You know, I have never seen as many apartments being built here in Tuscaloosa as I'm seeing now. I'm not just talking about a few here and there. They are being built all over the city. Everywhere there is an opening, they are building apartments. Do you think they have reached the limit?
