51 Years Ago Today George Wallace Stood In The Door Of The University Of Alabama To Block Blacks From Entering
Isn’t this ironic? On the very day that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. accepted the Nobel Peace Prize, one year later then Governor George Wallace stood in the door of The University of Alabama to block Vivian Malone and James Hood from entering.
