
2015 Bacon & Brewfest Will Also Feature Live Entertainment
The 2015 Bacon & Brewfest is excited to announce that this year's event will include live entertainment throughout the afternoon thanks to The University of Alabama and the multi-talented Kenny Heard.
The UA Theatre & Dance group will get things started at 1:30PM during the VIP session. They'll be performing a few songs from their summer production of 'Ring of Fire.' Faculty and staff will also be performing a few selected songs as well as their freshman musical theatre majors will be performing 3 songs as an ensemble.
Beginning around 2PM, singer, songwriter and producer Kenny Heard will take the stage provided by Gameday Tents to rock the Bacon & Brewfest with a wide variety of music. A musician for more than 22 years, Heard can play more than a dozen different instruments and has opened for some of the biggest acts in music.
