TPD Search for Assault Suspect

Tuscaloosa Police are seeking help in locating an assault suspect.

According to the police, officers responded to a late evening call in the 500 block of Red Drew Avenue on January 30. The suspect, a white male estimated to be in his early 20's, is said to have assaulted a female as well as witnesses who attempted to intervene. He is believed to be around 6'4" and 220 lbs and was wearing a green jacket, white shirt, jeans, and a baseball cap.
