Alabama Quarterback Bryce Young Exits Arkansas Game
The Alabama Crimson Tide currently leads the Arkansas Razorbacks 14-0 early in the second quarter. However, the Crimson Tide may face some serious adversity as the game continues.
Heisman Trophy winning quarterback, junior Bryce Young has exited the contest appearing to favor his right shoulder. Young pointed to his throwing shoulder as he left the field and went straight into the injury tent.
Young appeared to injury his shoulder on the prior drive when former Alabama transfer Drew Sanders caught him from behind and sacked him. The starting quarterback appeared to fall on his arm while trying to get rid of the football.
The Crimson Tide are now playing backup quarterback Jalen Milroe. Milroe did lead Alabama into the endzone on his first drive to make the score 21-0 but all eyes will be on the Crimson Tide sideline and the health of the reigning Heisman Trophy winner.
