In recent years, West Alabama communities have learned to take heed to weather forecasts and warnings of possible inclement weather. So, with meteorologists issuing warnings as early as last week, everyone is on standby. Luckily, our favorite meteorologist is with us every step of the way, providing us with information.

Thursday, April 30, the Alberta School of the Performing Arts will host "Beautiful Things Come from Our Brokenness."

With highs on Tuesday and Wednesday reaching into the mid-seventies, it's hard to believe the high on Thursday isn't expected to get out of the 30s.

We didn't get the over night snow in Tuscaloosa that many of us anticipated. We can all agree though that it is COLD. We will see single digits tonight.
