Suspect in Custody After Possible Shooting at Tuscaloosa Gas Station
Police have a suspect in custody after someone was injured in a shooting they say might have happened at a local gas station Sunday night.
Stephanie Taylor, a spokesperson for the Tuscaloosa Police Department, said a call came in just before 7 o'clock that a person was suffering from a gunshot wound at the Circle K gas station at the intersection of Skyland Boulevard and McFarland Boulevard.

Taylor could not confirm the shooting happened at the gas station - just that that's where the TPD response was called.
Nearby TPD patrol officers took a suspect into custody and transported them to the headquarters of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, which will investigate the case, bring charges if they are necessary and provide any updates made public.
