Duncanville Man Dies in Friday Night Wreck in Tuscaloosa County
A Duncanville man was killed Friday night in a single-vehicle accident, State Troopers have confirmed.
Senior Trooper Cody Farrar said 61-year-old Nathaniel T. West was driving a 2009 Toyota Matrix that left Slayton Road in Tuscaloosa County around 7 p.m. Friday.

Farrar said the vehicle left the roadway, struck a culvert, and overturned. West was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The deadly accident happened on Slayton Road in Duncanville near Double Gate Estate about six miles east of Tuscaloosa city limits.
No other details were available Saturday as Troopers with the Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
