James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist said that an “upper ridge will be a tad stronger over the weekend, and we project highs in the 88-91 degree range tomorrow and Sunday, making it the hottest weekend so far this year.”

In addition, depending on your area, there is a 20% to 40% chance this weekend for scattered showers in the afternoon into the evening hours for our coverage area.
